Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri is a famous Indian actress, who gained recognition for her performance in the films Hum Aapke Haiin Koun as well as Beta Saajan. She began her career in the 1980s and came into prominence thanks to her character in Tezaab, a film where she starred with the veteran actor Anil Kapoor. She then acted alongside Aamir as part of Dil. Her birthplace was in a Mumbai middle class family and began dancing at a young age. While she was young began acting, but was not successful as a lot of her films were flops. Then she found her way to success which led her to become one of the best-known actresses within the Indian film business. After she got married the actress took time away from performing until she returned. Recently, she had an integral role in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the struggles of women who are women in India. Dixit was nominated fifteen times to win Filmfare Awards. She won 8 of them. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize awarded to civilians in India is bestowed to her. The actress is known for her work in the field of social service as well.
